Bio.
Henry Webster is a violinist, composer and performer based in London, UK. His solo repertoire draws on influences as diverse as folk fiddle music, classical minimalism and EDM. Webster graduated from Trinity Laban in 2014 and now specialises in the live sonic manipulation of the violin. He is understudy musician for Theatre Re’s critically acclaimed physical theatre show The Nature Of Forgetting which he toured in Hong Kong and South Korea in 2019. He is one half of Berlin-based minimalist duo ARVO with guitarist Fabian Holland. Past collaborative performances include the City of London Sinfonia, London Philharmonic Orchestra and Tandem. Webster has toured internationally including in Germany with theatre show Berlin, Berlin from December 2019 to February 2020 and performances on the Helene Fischer Show in front of a Television audience of 20 million. He is an artist in residence at Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital 2019-2021.
